The Role
- Deliver 2–3 group classes per day alongside one-to-one training
- Build and manage your PT client base with full sales and management support
- Work 6 days per week on a 7-hour shift (plus paid lunch), typically 12:00–20:00
- Provide high-quality personal training and small group coaching in a dynamic, diverse setting
About You
- Qualified and experienced Personal Trainer (Level 3 or above)
- Strong people skills – energetic, approachable, and professional
- Comfortable delivering both personal and group training sessions
- Excited about living and working abroad in an international team environment
- Commission:
- 20% of first 1,500 KWD (approx. 60 sessions)
- 50% of all additional PT revenue
- OTE of £3,200+ per month tax-free
- Accommodation: Subsidised at just 250 KWD per month
- Leave: 30 days annual leave + 14 public holidays (double pay if worked)
- Relocation Support: Visa, flights, and medical covered
- Meals: Subsidised on-site restaurant
