The Role

As Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the club's sales function and team performance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing two Membership Consultants
  • Driving community, corporate and local partnerships
  • Converting inbound enquiries alongside a central support team
  • Coaching, mentoring and improving sales performance
  • Managing monthly targets, KPIs and retention
  • Delivering an exceptional new member experience
  • Supporting wider commercial strategy with the General Manager

You will have real autonomy, accountability and visibility within the business.
