Dreaming of a new life by the sea? A brand-new, boutique Pilates studio on the beautiful Portuguese Riviera is looking for an exceptional Head Coach to lead its launch and build something special from the ground up.
This is your chance to relocate to Cascais — a sun-soaked coastal town just outside Lisbon — and join a high-performance studio concept that blends Pilates, strength, and group training in an energising, stylish space.
The Studio
Opening in November 2025, the studio will feature:
- A premium 9-bed Reformer Pilates space
- Dedicated Recovery Room
- Juice Bar and member lounge
- A modern, performance-led class concept inspired by brands like Karve and (solidcore)
The Role
This full-time leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in group fitness, brings high energy to every session, and has the presence to inspire a team and community. You’ll deliver 10–12 classes per week and oversee all coaching operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead from the front by delivering results-driven, energising classes
- Manage team scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing development
- Shape the studio’s training methodology and class experience
- Be the face of the brand and help foster a strong member community
Who You Are:
- A confident, charismatic leader with Pilates and group training experience
- Bonus if you have familiarity with Megaformer/Xformer-style formats
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English
- Naturally inspiring and confident on the studio floor
- Open to relocating and embracing life in Portugal
