With strong inbound demand and an established presence in the DACH region, the focus now is on adding firepower to the European sales team to scale these accounts further.

The opportunity

This is a brand‑new role, created off the back of exceptional performance in the region. Germany is one of the brand's biggest commercial markets, and continued growth across distributors, resellers and training centres has generated a level of inbound demand that warrants a dedicated, German‑speaking sales lead.

It's a rare chance to step into a high‑velocity territory where the pipeline is already flowing. The new Sales Manager, Germany will own some of the most strategically important accounts in the region and play a pivotal role in expanding both reseller and direct‑customer revenue, with full support from a Senior Sales Manager and a wider commercial team that has scaled the brand globally.

What you'll do

  • Account Management & Revenue Growth
    • Manage and grow some of the most strategically important reseller and distributor accounts in Germany
    • Meet and exceed annual sales quotas through a relationship‑based, consultative sales approach
    • Promote, negotiate and secure orders from existing and prospective customers
    • Maintain accurate forecasting through company‑standard CRM tools
  • Business Development
    • Identify, pitch, secure and onboard new direct customers across the DACH region
    • Develop tailored sales presentations, sell sheets and prospecting materials in collaboration with marketing
    • Build prospecting pipelines using social media, trade associations and industry networks
  • Network Development
    • Strengthen the brand's footprint with training centres, education partners and accredited studios
    • Convert high‑volume inbound leads into long‑term commercial relationships
    • Coordinate cross‑functionally with Customer Service, Logistics, Manufacturing and Finance to resolve customer issues with urgency
  • Brand & Market Representation
    • Represent the brand at major industry events including FIBO and other trade shows
    • Keep leadership informed on competitive activity, market conditions and new product opportunities
    • Provide market intelligence to shape commercial and marketing strategy

Who we're looking for

This role will suit a German‑speaking sales professional with genuine interest in the fitness and wellness industry, who thrives on juggling multiple priorities and wants real ownership of a high‑potential territory.

Essential

  • Fluent German (spoken and written) – non‑negotiable
  • 2–3 years of direct sales and/or account management experience
  • A self‑starter mindset with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Confident managing multiple accounts, deals and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel to Germany on a quarterly basis, with an annual trip to Canada HQ
  • Strong commercial judgement, organisation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent MS Office and presentation skills

  • Account Manager, BDM, Internal Sales Rep, Sales Coordinator, Procurement, Director of Group Fitness, Membership Sales – or anyone currently working within the fitness, wellness or active lifestyle industry with a sales‑led remit.
