The Fitness Group is a leading provider of fitness education, delivering internationally recognised qualifications across Personal Training, Gym Instruction, Pilates and specialist areas of health and performance. As part of our international growth strategy, we are expanding into Romania and are looking for a Sales Executive to support the development of this market.
Role Overview
The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue and building the brand presence of The Fitness Group in Romania. This is a target driven role responsible for managing the full sales process, from initial enquiry through to enrolment, while also supporting the development of local partnerships within the fitness industry. The successful candidate will be proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable working in both inbound and outbound sales environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert inbound enquiries across phone, email and messaging platforms.
- Proactively generate new business through outbound activity including calls, emails and outreach to prospective learners and fitness operators.
- Provide clear and tailored guidance on education pathways including Personal Training, Gym Instructor, Sports Massage and Pilates Qualifications.
- Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly revenue targets and activity KPIs.
- Build and maintain relationships with local gyms, studios and industry contacts to support long-term growth.
- Work closely with internal marketing and learner support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer journey.
Skills And Experience
- Minimum 2 to 4 years experience in a sales role.
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Fluent Romanian and strong English communication skills.
- Confident working in a target driven and performance focused environment.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities.
Desirable Experience
- Experience within the fitness, education or service industry, understanding of fitness qualifications and career pathways.
- Previous experience selling courses, programmes, or services.
