This is a rare opportunity for a proven club leader to step into a structured pathway to Managing Partner, with the opportunity to take ownership of your own club within approximately six months. This is not a traditional management role. This is a fast-track leadership opportunity to run your own fitness business.
The Opportunity
As Managing Partner in Training, you will work alongside senior leadership to learn every aspect of operating a high-performing fitness club. You will develop the commercial, operational and leadership expertise required to take full ownership of a club—driving revenue, leading teams and delivering an exceptional member experience. Following the training period, the successful candidate will transition into a Managing Partner role with full club leadership responsibility.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Driving club performance and profitability
- Leading and developing high-performing teams

Key Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly and monthly club performance targets
- Deliver exceptional member experience and retention
- Recruit, hire and onboard high-performing team members
- Lead, coach and develop the team to achieve commercial targets
- Monitor KPIs and analyse business performance
- Maintain operational excellence across the facility
- Manage staffing, scheduling and payroll
- Ensure compliance with operational and safety standards
- Support inventory and operational systems
About You
This role is designed for established senior leaders within fitness or hospitality who are ready to take the next step into business leadership. You will likely bring:
- Experience as a General Manager or Regional/Multi-site Manager within fitness, hospitality or a service-led environment
- A strong track record of driving commercial performance and team leadership
- Experience managing large teams and complex operations
- Excellent leadership, coaching and people development skills
