Love Recruitment International is supporting a premium, long-established health and fitness club in Sydney to appoint a Sales Manager to lead their membership growth and commercial performance. This is a rare opportunity for a UK-based fitness or leisure professional to relocate to Australia and join a respected, high-performing club with genuine progression into senior leadership.

The Role
As Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the club’s sales function and team performance. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing two Membership Consultants
- Driving community, corporate and local partnerships
- Converting inbound enquiries alongside a central support team
- Coaching, mentoring and improving sales performance
- Managing monthly targets, KPIs and retention
- Delivering an exceptional new member experience
- Supporting wider commercial strategy with the General Manager
You will have real autonomy, accountability and visibility within the business.
