Are you a commercially minded events leader who knows how to build community, drive revenue and deliver premium experiences? We are recruiting for an ambitious, fast-growing wellness concept in Riyadh — and this is not a typical events role. This is your opportunity to own and build a full-scale social wellness ecosystem from the ground up.
The Role
As Event & Connection Lab Manager, you will own the full events and social wellness calendar end-to-end. You'll design and deliver a 12-month programme of member-only and public ticketed events that drive:
- Member retention and engagement
- Brand equity and cultural relevance
- Ticket and sponsorship revenue
- Membership acquisition
This is a standalone role with full ownership. You'll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations and Wellness teams to ensure every experience is premium, consistent and commercially successful.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Programming & Event Ownership
- Build and manage structured event formats including:
- Member culture nights and curated experiences
- Adventure fitness and recovery events
- Public social and lifestyle events
- Educational talks, panels and networking events
- Integrated wellness experiences
- End-to-End Production
- Own the full event lifecycle:
- Concept and budgeting
- Vendor management
- On-site delivery
- Guest experience standards
- Post-event reporting and performance tracking
- Sponsorship & Commercial Performance
- Develop and manage sponsorship partnerships
- Own ticket pricing and margin targets
- Track revenue, gross margin and conversions
- Support conversion of attendees into memberships
This is a commercially accountable role — not just creative.
About You
- 5+ years' experience in premium events, hospitality, community or wellness
- Proven sponsorship or partnership experience
- Strong budgeting and operational discipline
- Comfortable owning outcomes independently
- Commercially aware with a focus on performance
The Package
- SAR 16,000 – 20,000 per month (tax-free)
- Allowances (housing and transport where applicable)
- Performance bonus (up to 15–25% of base)
- Medical insurance
- Annual leave + public holidays
