We are recruiting for this amazing health and fitness job in Sidcup. We are looking for an outstanding Assistant Club Manager to work with a well renowned and rapidly growing business within the health and fitness industry.

This is a very hands-on role within the fitness industry and encompasses many areas that can be covered in more detail when you connect with one of our fitness recruitment team.

The Role

• Managing budgets, KPIs, P&L and driving club performance
• Inspiring and managing the team to drive high performance, provide excellent levels of customer service, and consistently going above and beyond to deliver
• This opportunity will see you responsible for the day to day running of the facilities
• This role has a strong focus on standards and levels of service, so whoever comes in needs to have that in mind and be willing to deliver upon this!

The Person

We are looking for experienced Manager who can demonstrate a high level of experience when running their own department or club, with an understanding about the levels of service needed to make their business a success and a proven track record in sales.
