What You’ll Do
In this varied role, you'll work closely with our experienced team to manage all aspects of block and estate management. From site inspections to client meetings, your days will be filled with new challenges and opportunities for hands-on learning. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting Property Managers with site inspections and overseeing the management of residential blocks.
- Arranging service contracts and risk assessments to ensure compliance and safety.
- Responding to client and contractor enquiries via phone and email, providing thorough and accurate information.
- Logging repairs and actions, monitoring progress, and communicating updates to clients and contractors.
- Supporting Accountants and Property Managers with budget preparation and financial reviews.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Polite and respectful, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in client-facing situations and handling phone calls and emails.
- Positive and proactive 'can-do' attitude.
- Eager to learn, motivated to problem-solve, and adaptable to changes.
