The Role We’re looking for a hybrid Editor and Motion Designer to join the Digital & Social team, on an initial 3 month contract. This is a highly creative role for someone who can take a brief, bring their own ideas and style to the work, and deliver shortform content that still feels true to each show and social channel’s tone of voice. You’ll be passionate about social-first content, understand what performs across different platforms, and know how to tailor edits for maximum engagement.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience
- Experience creating shortform content and an understanding of current platform requirements and trends. (TV or entertainment background beneficial but not essential)
- Strong proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop
- Good working knowledge of colour grading in Adobe Premiere Pro
- A strong understanding of social media trends, formats and audience behaviour across platforms
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- A proactive, organised and solution-focused approach
