Job Description
The Love Productions Office Runner scheme is designed to make TV more accessible to under represented groups, providing the opportunity to develop and grow within the industry. We are actively seeking applications from candidates from minority ethnic and lower socio-economic backgrounds.\\nThe Office Runner scheme offers a brilliant opportunity to work with everyone in the business. It will provide you with a great insight to various roles and the opportunity to learn valuable skills that will give you a good grounding in the industry and at Love Productions.
We are looking for the successful candidate of this role to begin mid-late September 2025.\\n]This is a full-time office-based role working within our team of 2 Runners, to support the running of our busy London office. You will be based in the office Monday – Friday on a shift rota basis on earlyand late shifts. The Office Runners are the first point of contact for anyone who enters the building,and supporting the staff and visitors with requests as required is crucial to ensuring the smoothrunning of the office.\\nThe Office Runner role is offered as a 12-month contract, and once completed you will be provided the opportunity to move into a junior freelance role within the company.
Previous Office Runnershave gone on to progress within Love Productions as Junior Researchers, Edit Assistants etc.\\nDuties include:\\n – Assisting the day-to-day running of the office.\\n – Reception duties.\\n – Booking in office maintenance and services.\\n – Booking cabs and couriers.\\n – Ordering stationary for the office and productions.\\n – Organising post including collecting and delivering mail.\\n – Liaising with IT Engineers.\\n – Keeping kitchens clean, tidy and fully stocked.\\n – Checking and setting up meeting rooms. Managing the booking schedule for meeting rooms.\\n – Assist with the organisation of office social events.\\n – Helping productions with admin and runner duties.\\n – Working on research tasks for development and productions.\\n – Sourcing and purchasing props/equipment for productions and the office.
