Love Luxury is looking for a highly organised Admin Assistant to support day-to-day operations across sales, logistics, website management, and after-sales.
- Process client orders and contact clients immediately for any missing invoicing or shipping details.
- Monitor all DHL shipments daily, confirm collections and deliveries, and manage after-sales check-ins.
- Liaise with DHL to resolve delays, delivery issues, or missing parcels.
- Review courier performance and support negotiations on pricing and service.
- Review website product listings daily for accuracy in pricing, descriptions, and imagery.
- Support authentication administration, including documentation, certificates, and record-keeping.
- Assist with end-of-day closing duties, paperwork reconciliation, and lead logging.
