We are seeking a Sales Executive with proven experience in the luxury fashion and/or resale industry. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, ambitious, and highly motivated, with a deep understanding of the luxury retail landscape and a passion for growth. They possess exceptional clienteling skills, a genuine love for luxury brands - especially Hermès - and strong product knowledge across key categories such as Birkin and Kelly bags, exotic leathers, and limited-edition pieces. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual eager to build their career with a brand that values excellence, authenticity, and success.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide a premium client experience from initial inquiry to final sale
  • Build, maintain and retain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals
  • Confidently advise clients on product selection with an expert understanding of luxury items
  • Have an understanding of ‘white glove’ service and manage inventory with care and attention to detail
  • Collaborate closely with the sourcing and authentication teams
  • Hit and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining brand integrity

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in luxury fashion, ideally in resale or consignment
  • Expertise in top-tier luxury brands, with a strong knowledge of Hermès products
  • Polished, confident, and sophisticated presence
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • A natural flair for styling, presentation, and customer experience
