Love Luxury is one of the UK's leading luxury resale businesses, specialising in authentic designer handbags, watches, jewellery and accessories. Our Knightsbridge showroom is known for delivering an exceptional experience, where every client receives a warm welcome and outstanding service from the moment they arrive.

We're looking for a confident, well presented and personable Host to become the face of our showroom. As our Host, you'll be the first person every client meets when they visit Love Luxury. You'll create a warm, professional and luxury experience while maintaining an awareness of the showroom, supporting the team and ensuring the environment remains welcoming, organised and secure.

This role is perfect for someone with a background in luxury retail, hospitality, concierge, front of house or customer service.

What you'll be doing:
  • Welcoming every client and creating an exceptional first impression.
  • Managing arrivals and directing clients to the appropriate team member.
  • Offering refreshments and ensuring clients feel comfortable while they wait.
  • Maintaining a professional presence at the front of the showroom.
  • Monitoring who enters and exits the showroom and following visitor procedures.
  • Supporting with opening and closing checks.
  • Being on hand to support the Sales Team with navigating Client Experience.
  • Handling enquiries professionally in person.
  • Assisting with light administrative and operational tasks when required.
