What We Are Looking For
- Previous warehouse experience (team-lead or senior level preferred)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident leading people and holding standards
- Comfortable working at pace and under pressure
- Forklift licence an advantage (not essential)
- Reliable, practical, and solutions-focused
The Type of Person Who Succeeds Here
- You take ownership and don’t wait to be chased
- You’re fair but firm with people
