What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering high-quality personal training sessions tailored to individual client goals.
- Building and managing your own personal training business and client portfolio.
- Supporting members with fitness advice, programme design, and goal setting.
- Conducting gym inductions and helping members feel confident using our facilities.
- Delivering PT taster sessions to introduce members to the benefits of personal training.
- Building relationships with members and creating a positive, motivating training environment.
- Representing your own personal training brand while operating within a professional fitness environment.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking enthusiastic, driven trainers who are passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals and are eager to grow a successful personal training business. You will have:
- A Level 3 Personal Training Qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, motivated, and self-driven attitude.
- The ability to build strong relationships and retain clients.
- A passion for health, fitness, and delivering outstanding results.
- Indoor Cycling/Spinning qualifications are not essential but would be advantageous.
