Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a team to success? Love Fitness is looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and people-focused Club Manager to become the heart of our gym.

As Club Manager, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive environment for our members while overseeing the day-to-day running of the club. You'll be the friendly face that greets members, supports your team, and helps ensure every visit to the gym is a great one.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for members and visitors.
  • Providing outstanding customer service and assisting with member enquiries.
  • Supporting class bookings, membership sign-ups, payments, and club tours for prospective members.
  • Recruiting and managing customer advisors, personal trainers, fitness instructors, and cleaning staff.
  • Leading, motivating, and supporting employed and contracted team members.
  • Following established systems and processes to help deliver an exceptional fitness experience.
  • Taking ownership of member feedback and working with the franchisee and master franchisor to continually improve the club.
  • Ensuring the gym remains clean, safe, and maintained to a high standard.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and enjoys leading a team. Fitness industry experience is welcome but not essential—your ability to deliver excellent service and manage people effectively is what matters most.

You will have:

  • Previous management or supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Strong administrative and computer skills, with confidence in learning new systems.
  • Outstanding leadership and people-management abilities.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and creating positive experiences.

Working Hours

This role is based on a regular schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm, with flexibility required to provide holiday and sickness cover when needed.

Salary

£30,000 per annum
