As the national market leader, we partner with the country's best-known gym operators to recruit, develop and support personal trainers at every stage of their careers.
We are looking for an experienced, driven, and organised Regional Personal Training Manager (RPTM) to join our growing team.
This is a key role responsible for the recruitment, development, and retention of Personal Trainers across our network, while also supporting external recruitment for industry partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment
- Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates for YPT and external partners.
- Conduct interviews and provide PT support on a near-daily basis to ensure a consistent, high-quality recruitment process.
- Build strong relationships with training providers, colleges, and industry networks to maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates.
- Manage job postings, applications, and onboarding processes using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing to support recruitment efforts.
- Development
- Lead engaging onboarding sessions and workshops for new PTs.
- Track performance and facilitate ongoing CPD opportunities through Your Academy.
- Identify areas for professional growth and provide support to address these.
- Organise regional hub sessions, Level Up events, and ongoing development initiatives.
- Retention
- Conduct regular check-ins to monitor PT performance and satisfaction.
- Proactively address concerns and work with gym operators to foster a positive working environment.
- Analyse CRM data to identify trends and implement strategies that improve retention rates.
