Key Responsibilities- Support the Studio Manager in achieving membership sales goals and daily operations
- Drive studio revenue through proactive lead generation, follow-up, and membership conversions
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by welcoming members, answering enquiries, and providing studio tours
- Assist in planning and executing local marketing and community events to grow brand awareness
- Ensure high standards of studio presentation, cleanliness, and safety
- Maintain accurate records in the sales and booking system (training provided)
- Motivate and inspire studio staff to hit performance targets and embody the Club Pilates culture
- Previous sales experience (fitness, hospitality, or retail sales preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and stay organized
- Confident using phone, email, and face-to-face interactions to close sales
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required
- A passion for fitness, wellness, and helping people achieve their goals
