We are now seeking a driven, detail-oriented, and high-performing Club Manager to lead our Chancery Lane club and elevate it to the next level.
The Role
This is a hands-on, sales-driven leadership position where you will take full ownership of the club’s performance, environment, and member experience. As Club Manager, you will set the standard — leading from the front, driving results, and ensuring excellence across every aspect of the business. This role is ideal for someone who naturally operates with high personal standards, strong attention to detail, and takes genuine pride in creating an outstanding environment, while thriving in a fast-paced, people-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales, revenue, and retention
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance
- Take full ownership of the club environment and member experience
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Deliver a consistently outstanding member journey
- Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and business targets
- Build strong relationships with members, local businesses, and the community
- Execute local marketing and outreach initiatives
- Manage staffing, rotas, and team performance

- Proven experience in a management role (fitness, retail, or hospitality preferred)
