We are recruiting for an exciting Multi-Site Sales Manager position with a fast-growing, industry-leading gym brand. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee multiple clubs, support high-performing teams, and play a pivotal role in driving commercial success across a growing portfolio.
As Multi-Site Sales Manager, you’ll lead the sales strategy, performance, and culture across several locations, ensuring each club delivers an exceptional member experience and consistently achieves sales and revenue targets.
What will you be doing?
- Leading all sales and marketing activity across multiple sites, from community outreach and corporate networking to supporting engaging content creation across social media channels.
- Driving sales performance, ensuring each club hits membership and revenue targets through strong team leadership, effective processes, and localised marketing strategies.
- Delivering exceptional customer service standards, supporting teams in nurturing member relationships and enhancing retention.
- Taking a hands-on, proactive approach to generating new business, coaching teams to lead from the front on the sales floor and in the wider community.
- Training, motivating, and developing sales teams across sites, ensuring they hit targets and uphold the highest operational, service, and brand standards.
- Monitoring KPIs and reporting on site performance, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing action plans where needed.
About you
This role would suit a strong, confident salesperson or sales leader—fitness industry experience is welcome but not essential. We’re looking for someone who is:
