We’re looking for a passionate, skilled Part-Time Reformer Teacher to join the Strong + Bendy Reformer team — someone who loves teaching, inspiring clients, and being part of a supportive studio community.
The Role
- 20 hours per week
- 14 hours teaching
- 6 hours studio upkeep & class planning
- Set weekly schedule with staff benefits — not freelance
What You’ll Get

- Opportunity to earn extra by teaching cover classes (£38 per class) (Typically 10–20 cover classes available per month)

Studio tasks & class planning take place Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9am–12pm

- You’ll lead a mix of our signature formats:
- Chilled — Beginner-friendly
- Juicy — Intermediate
- Spicy — Jumpboard

Requirements
- A recognised Reformer qualification
- Previous in-studio teaching experience
- A confident, friendly, and professional instructor who values great client experience
