The Role
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to start or build a career in Sales and Account Management. You'll join our structured training academy, where you'll learn the skills and techniques needed to succeed. Most SDRs progress to Account Manager within 6-12 months, with OTEs of £40,000-£80,000+.
What You'll Do:
- Manage, quote, and convert inbound loan enquiries efficiently while proactively generating new opportunities through outbound calls to our warm database.
- Identify and nurture new business opportunities to grow our customer base and support the delivery of targeted business, marketing, and sales plans.
- Help increase brand awareness through networking and relevant promotional activities.
- Ensure all operational, credit, and compliance processes are followed, consistently apply fraud-prevention and risk-mitigation procedures, and take responsibility for achieving revenue and volume targets.
- Maintain strong levels of prospecting and new business activity, meet or exceed the KPIs set by the Sales Manager, effectively cross-sell our full suite of products, and play an active role in team meetings and the wider Sales division's success.
