Location: Hybrid (UK‑based) • Team: Love Finance – Platform Squad • Salary: £65,000–75,000 per annum plus annual bonus.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading end‑to‑end user research – discovery interviews, usability testing, surveys, diary studies, and other methods to uncover real user needs.
- Turning messy insights into clear themes, frameworks and actionable recommendations that shape the product.
- Partnering closely with the Product Director to define priorities and ensure decisions are evidence‑based.
- Running lean experiments to validate ideas quickly before full builds.
- Sharing findings with clarity and bringing the voice of the user into every squad conversation.
- Supporting with design artefacts (flows, wireframes, prototypes) when needed, while keeping research as the primary focus.
Requirements
- Strong background in UX/Product Research – whether you identify as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or Researcher.
- Experience planning and running a wide range of qualitative and quantitative studies.
- Track record of turning research into insights that drive real product decisions.
- Confidence working autonomously while also collaborating effectively with the squad.
- Comfortable with lean, fast‑moving environments that maintain rigor.
- Bonus: experience on platform‑heavy or B2B products (not essential).
