Sales Team Manager – Lead Generation
Basic Salary £32,000 to £37,500, OTE £65,000 Uncapped

Working Hours: Mon to Fri (08:30am - 5 pm)

Our basic salary is between £32,000 and £37,500, OTE is £65,000 uncapped! No catches, just realistic targets, designed to be achieved.

As our Sales Team Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our team’s success, bringing energy and encouragement to help everyone perform at their best. From daily coaching sessions and midday briefings to individual 1-2-1s, you’ll work closely with each team member, supporting their growth, recognising wins and keeping motivation high.
