Basic Salary: Up to £35,000 + OTE (£62,000–£65,000 uncapped)

At Love Business, we’re looking for a Sales Team Manager to lead and support our Renewals Team. This role is all about inspiring teammates, developing talent, creating a positive team atmosphere and driving revenue.

As the go-to person for the team, you’ll encourage everyone to reach their goals, build strong relationships across the business and smash revenue targets!

We offer an attractive basic salary, with uncapped commission. Plus, you can enjoy social working hours without the need for nights or weekends, a fantastic working environment, a unparalleled company culture.

Our basic salary is between £32,000 - £35,000, OTE is £62,000 - £65,000 uncapped! No catches, just realistic targets, designed to be achieved.

A Bit About the Role

As a Sales Team Manager within the Contact Centre, you will lead, coach, and inspire your team to meet and exceed set targets and KPIs. The role centres on inspiring teammates, fostering a positive team atmosphere, and driving collective success, while championing customer experience and an outstanding customer journey.

You will be responsible for:

· Leading, coaching, and developing sales agents, setting clear performance expectations, providing feedback, and ensuring consistent standards across the team.

· You’ll monitor performance and agent capability, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to drive improvements.

· Champion customer experience, quality, and compliance.

· Support the Senior Sales Manager, contributing insights, and delivering local department objectives.

· Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and management to support wider business goals.

· Bring energy, vision, and encouragement to your team, celebrating successes and maintaining motivation.
