Sales Consultant – New Business Energy

Location: Bolton (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days remote)

Salary: Basic £27,000 + uncapped commission – OTE £55,000; top earners £96K

We’re looking for a motivated, resilient, and ambitious B2B Sales Consultant to join our team. You will respond to hot leads that have been fully qualified and use a consultative approach to guide prospects to a sale by understanding their energy needs.

A Bit About The Role

Work through a pipeline of hot leads, understand energy requirements, overcome objections, and sell an energy product while delivering excellent customer service. Over 90% of leads are “homegrown” and pre‑screened.

You have experience in a fast‑paced sales role, are confident in your abilities, and are motivated to smash consistent targets under pressure.
