We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-obsessed People Operations Co-ordinatorto power our HR engine. This role is all about creating exceptional employee experiences through brilliantly executed processes and optimised touchpoints across the employee lifecycle.
You’ll be the go-to person for all things HR administration — from onboarding to offboarding, and every change in between. You’ll ensure our systems are slick, our data is accurate, and our people feel supported at every step. While you’ll occasionally support low-level employee relations matters, your core focus will be on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
This role offers a launchpad into a career in HR, giving you real responsibility from day one. What You’ll Be Doing
Own and deliver all administrative processes across the employee lifecycle, including:
- Seamless onboarding and induction experiences
- Generate contracts and process changes to terms & conditions
- Offboarding and exit logistics
- Maintain and continuously improve our HRIS to ensure data integrity, automation, and reporting accuracy
- Manage employee documentation, ensuring compliance and accessibility
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and elevate the employee experience
- Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, ensuring timely and helpful responses
Employee Experience
- Champion a consistent, high-quality employee experience through every HR touchpoint
- Collaborate with the wider People team to design and deliver moments that matter, from welcome packs to milestone celebrations
- Use data and feedback to refine and enhance operational processes with a people-first mindset
Employee Relations Support (Occasional)
Support low-level ER matters by providing administrative and note-taking assistance, including:
- Absence and attendance conversations
- Ensure accurate documentation and appropriate escalation when needed
- Actively promote and support wellbeing throughout the organisation by fostering a supportive environment that promotes mental and physical health
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in a People Operations, HR Coordinator or similar role — or you’re a bright recent HR graduate who challenges the status quo, looks for better ways, and focuses on practical solutions
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for getting things right
- A continuous improvement mindset — always looking for ways to streamline and enhance
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A calm, approachable, and solutions-focused attitude
- CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards (desirable)
