Customer Relationship Manager

Join Love Energy Savings as a Customer Relationship Manager. In this hybrid role based in Bolton (37.5 hours per week), you will build genuine connections, develop the customer pipeline, and uncover new opportunities while working closely with our expert closers.

Location: Bolton (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Salary: £27,000 base + £45,000 uncapped commission

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 150–200 outbound calls daily, maintaining 34 hours of meaningful conversations.
  • Reconnect with existing customers to uncover upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Hand over hot leads to our closing team and track progress through the CRM.
  • Manage your own pipeline and collaborate with the team to share insights and celebrate wins.
  • Engage in strategic conversations that grow long‑term relationship, not just chase quick wins.
  • Use your experience in account management, retention or customer success in a B2B/B2C environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in building and managing long‑term customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills with a personable, results‑driven approach.
  • Strong instinct for spotting opportunities based on customer behaviour.
  • Experience using a CRM in an outbound customer service or call centre setting.
  • Comfortable managing your own pipeline while working collaboratively.
