As our Visual Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our brands show up across every digital channel and touchpoint. Working in a multi-brand environment, you’ll design for a variety of audiences, personalities and goals, turning brand strategy into engaging, real-world creative that feels consistent, purposeful and impactful. This is a hands-on, production-focused role where your creativity and attention to detail really matter.
You’ll collaborate closely with our wider digital and marketing teams, gaining exposure to multiple brands while building confidence, speed, and craft in a supportive, fast-moving environment. If you’re curious, creatively driven, and eager to grow your skills while working on diverse digital projects, this is a great opportunity to make your mark and develop quickly as a Visual Designer.
What You Can Expect to Be Doing
- You’ll produce eye-catching email designs for multiple brands, using clear briefs and customer segments to create work that’s both engaging and effective.
- You’ll make sure each brand feels consistent and recognisable, while still pushing creative boundaries and exploring new ideas.
- Your work will stretch across social and digital channels, from static visuals and animations to short-form videos, YouTube content and animated ads.

- You’ll also have the space to experiment, whether it’s new formats, fresh visual styles, or bold ad concepts, helping evolve our brands and keep our creative feeling modern, relevant, and impactful.
You’re someone who enjoys turning ideas into polished, real-world design. You’ve worked on practical design projects and have a genuine interest in visual, brand, and digital design. You’re confident taking a brief and transforming it into finished creative that’s ready to go live. You’re comfortable working in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro, and you have experience designing and building email templates using eCRM platforms such as Brevo, Mailchimp or equivalent tools.
You can independently create a range of digital assets, including simple, clean, production-ready animations (for example, Instagram content). You understand how design needs to adapt across email, social media, and video platforms, and you have a strong grasp of visual fundamentals like hierarchy, typography, spacing, and consistency. You’re open to feedback, curious to learn and happy to experiment with new ideas, always looking for ways to improve your craft. A portfolio is required. Personal projects, professional work, or a mix of both are all welcome.
