We are currently looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive with a passion for sales, a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and a positive, solution-focused mindset.

Purpose of Role:

Reporting into the Field Sales Manager, you\’ll be part of a dynamic, high-performing team focused on driving growth across major grocery retailers, including Tesco, Sainsbury\’s, Waitrose, and Co-op. Your key focus will be building brand awareness and increasing sales within your designated London territory.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Relationships – Being the face of LOVE CORN creating ‘best in class\’ relationships with Area Managers, Store Managers and Store Staff
  • Merchandising – Keep LOVE CORN flying off the shelves by making sure it\’s always well-stocked, easy to find, and looking its best—managing capacity, fixing stock issues, and boosting facings.
  • Activation – negotiating and activating incremental secondary displays in store; both permanent and temporary.
  • Compliance – policing planogram implementation and promotional activation in store
  • AVDV – Driving LOVE CORN brand awareness by maximising A vailability, V isibility, D isplay & V alue within Central London

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in a field sales role within FMCG is desirable. However, we\’re open to candidates from other industries with transferable sales skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills being able to work independently, manage your own diary and always be punctual
  • Strong Sales, Negotiation, Networking and Presentation skills
  • Ability to plan store visits efficiently and effectively to maximise time and coverage
  • Utilise sales, marketing and category data to deliver a compelling sales proposal as well as the ability to digest sales data and identify key insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A reliable team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a great work ethic.
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential. Candidates must be comfortable driving in and around the London area.
