Location: Northwood, HA6 3AS

22 Hours a week Monday-Friday role

Operating hours: Breakfast Club 7:00-8:15am, After School Club 3:00-6:00pm

We are recruiting for the leading provider of out of school hours childcare for primary school children in the UK. This company continues to grow in size, quality and scope every year and are looking for someone who is passionate about children’s play and activity.

As a School Club Manager you will manage all day-to-day aspects of running the clubs at your school from scheduling, people management, cost control, customer complaints, and school relationships. You will also have the opportunity to work in the holidays as part of activity and sport camps.

As a School Club Manager, you will ideally have experience in:

  • Leading a Team - understanding that you need to be firm but fair, genuine and heartfelt, and respect everyone's differences and uniqueness
  • Leading Performance - knowing your finances, setting clear goals, having out-of-the-box thinking, and being confident making decisions
  • Strategic Thinking - listening to customers, parents, schools and, most importantly, the children in your care to create the best experiences
