As a Club Manager you will manage a setting and be independently responsible for the running of the provision; delivering safe, planned, and fun activities to the children in your care. You will also have the independence to manage your team of staff and all stakeholder relationships, ensuring high performance and ongoing growth within your club.

As a Club Manager, you will ideally bring:

  • Experience of managing in a childcare environment, including training and developing others

  • Experience working in a busy and ever-changing environment where no day is the same

  • Strong communication skills and be comfortable managing a team of staff and developing external stakeholder relationships

  • A forward-thinking, proactive individual who can ‘own’ their work and solve both present and future problems

  • An interest and passion for childcare and child development
