Leading Children’s Play and Sport Provision Company in Basingstoke, Hampshire (RG24 8AJ / RG25 2QU) is seeking a full-time School Club Manager. The role offers a salary of up to £26k with the opportunity to earn an additional £7k a year through various KPI/Targets.

As a School Club Manager, you will have control over the teaching of a wide variety of activities to children within your school/area. You will be expected to:

  • Plan programmes and activities effectively within the company structure
  • Monitor progress and inspire children
  • Deliver fun and engaging sessions during both breakfast and after school clubs
  • Work during the school holidays, leading activity and sport camps
  • Lead a team of assistants at your site daily
  • Ensure resources are used effectively and your team is well-led and supported
