Holiday Camp Activity Leaders – Pathway to Camp Manager
Location: Surrey & South West London (Weybridge, Walton, Richmond, Surbiton, and Hampton)
Hours: Camps operate between 8am-5pm Monday to Friday with typical 8-hour shift patterns
Salary: £10-£16.50 per hour depending on age, experience, and qualifications
Hours are available during February half-term AND future school holiday camps!
We’re working with a leading School Holiday camp provider who are on the lookout for energetic, enthusiastic Activity Leaders to join their action-packed February Half-Term Camps - and beyond. From laser tag and Nerf battles to zorbing, go-karts, and arts & crafts, no two days are ever the same. But this isn’t just a job — it’s a chance to grow. What you’ll do now (Activity Leader):
- Lead exciting activities that keep children engaged & smiling
- Support teamwork, creativity, and active play
- Keep children safe and happy throughout the day
- Help set up, run, and tidy sessions
What you could do next (Camp Manager):
- Lead and motivate your own team
- Run daily camp operations smoothly
- Be the key contact for parents & staff
- Ensure high standards of safeguarding & safety
What we’re looking for:
- Experience/education in childcare, teaching, coaching, drama (or similar)
- Confident, energetic personalities who love working with children
- Organised, reliable team players with leadership potential
- First Aid / Safeguarding qualifications a bonus
This role requires compliance with the Keeping Children Safe in Education policy and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974.
