Multiple nurseries across South Liverpool, including Aigburth, Allerton, Childwall, Garston, Huyton and Wavertree.
Our client is an award-winning day nursery group with settings across South Liverpool. They're looking for warm, dedicated Early Years Practitioners to join their teams, working with children from birth to five.
This is a group that puts real thought into how children learn, with Forest School, yoga and daily mindfulness sessions sitting alongside the usual EYFS curriculum. It's a \"family feel\" environment, and it's earned them a run of Nursery World awards and finalist placings over the years. As a Practitioner, you'll be a key person to your own group of children, building the kind of relationships with them and their families that make a real difference.
On offer is a pay rate of £13.20-£14 per hour, ongoing training and development, and the chance to build a genuine career within a well-established, well-regarded group.
Working pattern
Full-time, working shifts within the nurseries' opening hours of 8am-6pm (7.30am-6pm at the Allerton site).
Key responsibilities
- Care and development: Provide high-quality, inclusive care and education for children from birth to five, in line with the EYFS statutory framework.

- Safeguarding: Follow safeguarding and child protection procedures, reporting any concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Lead without delay.
- Partnership working: Build strong relationships with parents and carers, sharing information professionally and encouraging learning at home.
About you
- Qualified: Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
- Experienced: Experience working with children in an early years setting.
- Knowledgeable: Good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding policies and procedures.
- A team player: A proactive, positive approach to working as part of a nursery team.
What's in it for you
