Management Trainee / Senior Gymnastics Instructor
Farnham, Surrey (GU9)
Full-Time / Permanent / 40 hours per week

This is a brand new launch with initial opening days of Wednesday to Saturday. You must be available for all days/hours to be considered for a full-time role.
We are pleased to be recruiting for an industry leading developmental gymnastics organisation who have opened their newest venue in Farnham and are looking for a senior coach/instructor to join their team in a management trainee role, where you will receive training and support to develop your career and be ready to support operations as the venue grows.
This company works with children from 4 months to 12 years old, not only helping them develop their physical literacy, but also helping them build key life skills like teamwork, sharing and leadership through movement-based learning and imaginative play. With well over 40 years in the industry, this organisation brings a wealth of experience, passion, and knowledge to the children they teach.
As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for hosting a whole range of gymnastics and movement classes including tumbling, beams, bars, creative movement, and play. You will also be working closely with parents, offering feedback and advice on their children’s progress and development, and you will work closely with the gym owners to grow the club through community networking and outreach.

You will:
- Ideally have some exposure to gymnastics; ideally teaching but if you have taken part in lessons that’s great too
- More importantly, have a huge passion for supporting children and their development
- Have experience in a customer-facing role with an interest in marketing, planning, community engagement
- Support with admin duties and keeping the centre at an impeccable standard
- Bring energy and a can-do attitude to everything you do
- Be flexible with hours - evening (up to 7pm) and weekend work is required
