We are looking for individuals with a passion for Early Years childcare who are interested in pursuing a career in the sector to join a large nursery setting based in a beautiful setting with large indoor and outdoor spaces!

The nursery is easily accessible on road, public transport, and by foot, as it is located a short walk from both Dorchester South and Dorchester West train stations and offers ample parking. They have an onsite training provider and are excited to offer an opportunity to either join their team in an apprenticeship role or, if already qualified/experienced, in a paid training role alongside completing a Level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification.

The nursery is Ofsted rated Good and caters for all age ranges, from birth through to 5-years-old, even offering Breakfast and After School provision for Primary School age children, so whether you're an experienced childcare practitioner looking for a change of scenery and a new challenge, or you're looking to gain a Nursery Childcare qualification - this could be the perfect next step!

You will need:

  • Experience working in an Early Years/Nursery or other Childcare environment
  • To be fully committed to completing a Level 3 Childcare qualification
  • To be able to work a flexible rota between 7am-6pm Monday to Friday

  • A passion for childcare and child development and making a difference to the community
