- 23.75 hours per week during term-time (7:15-9am and 3-6pm Monday to Friday) with up to 40 hours per week during school holidays.

About the Role:
We are recruiting for a leading provider of out of school and wraparound childcare for primary school children in the UK. This role operates out of a private school in Sevenoaks with access to excellent facilities and outdoor space. It offers a fantastic opportunity for a qualified practitioner with experience working with Early Years children to explore new challenges.
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will oversee the management of the EYFS programme and key children at your provision. Your responsibilities include planning effective programmes and lessons, monitoring progress, inspiring children, and delivering engaging activities. There are also opportunities to work during school holidays on activity and sport camps, which may include Early Years children.
Candidate Requirements:
- Passion for working with Early Years children: Provide inclusive, fun, and engaging activities that inspire children to explore their interests.
- Enthusiasm and organizational skills: Responsible for planning and delivering activities with structure and enthusiasm, including multi-sports, indoor and outdoor games, arts & crafts, downtime, and structured play.
- Responsibility and reliability: Ensure the safety and enjoyment of children, following policies and procedures, completing accident and safety checks, and maintaining consistent reliability.
- Communication and engagement: Communicate professionally with team members, parents, children, and schools. Represent the organisation positively at all times.
