As a Care Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:

  • Helping our service users with a range of daily activities such as getting washed, dressed, preparing meals, assisting with daily household tasks, prompting and assistance with medication
  • Brightening our service users' day with a positive upbeat attitude and smile
  • Assisting our service users with their general interests and social activities
  • Understanding the individual support needs of our service users and promoting independent living, dignity and respect, love, compassion and kindness
  • Providing clearly communicated guidance and support to our service users to encourage and empower them as well as providing written reports to achieve improved outcomes
  • Helping clients live as much and fulfilling life as possible, chatting to clients about their interests and lives
  • Working in partnership with the families you will meet to build quality relationships
  • Enjoying being part of a team where you can communicate your ideas
