Dialler Manager
Location: Hybrid / Office Based, Lancashire (Hybrid)

Are you an experienced Dialler Manager ready to make a real impact? At Love Business, we’re launching a brand-new dialler platform and need someone confident to take the lead in establishing and optimising its use across our contact centre.

About the Role
- Own the setup, configuration and ongoing optimisation of the dialler platform
- Manage the day‑to‑day running and maintenance of dialler campaigns
- Monitor performance and make adjustments to pacing, campaign rules, and contact strategies to keep things running smoothly
- Track key metrics such as contact rates, service levels and agent productivity to see what’s working and spot opportunities to improve
- Provide performance reporting, trend analysis and actionable insight to senior leadership and operational teams
- Support campaign planning, forecasting and scheduling to maximise dialler performance and agent efficiency
- Work closely with colleagues across data, operations, IT, and other key teams to get campaigns delivered successfully
- Ensure dialler activity follows regulations such as GDPR, OFCOM and Do Not Call, keeping everything compliant and straightforward
- Support dialler training and knowledge sharing with operational users where required
About the Candidate
We’re looking for someone confident in dialler management and comfortable taking ownership in a fast‑paced contact centre. You’ll have proven experience managing and improving dialler platforms and a strong understanding of outbound campaign types such as predictive, power, preview, manual and blended dialling.
You’ll be analytical and enjoy using data to spot opportunities, make recommendations, and improve performance. Solid MS Excel and reporting skills will help you do this effectively. Highly organised and calm under pressure, you’ll be able to juggle multiple priorities while keeping campaigns running smoothly.
A great communicator, you’ll build strong relationships with colleagues across both technical and operational teams, sharing insights, supporting best practice and helping make meaningful improvements across the business.
