Love Business are looking for an exceptional Corporate Account Manager with demonstrable outbound telesales experience to join our Retentions Team. The Corporate Account Manager role is pivotal to ensuring a high level of client retention is maintained through putting the relationship with customers at the heart of the business. This role is perfect for someone with extensive Outbound Sales / Outbound Account Management experience who is ready to take the next step—working with larger corporate customers to deliver bespoke, consultative renewal solutions that meet their individual business needs.

A Bit About The Role
You’ll be responsible for proactively engaging with existing corporate customers throughout their life cycle, building strong, trusted relationships that will allow you to retain them as a Love Business customer. You’ll take a consultative approach—understanding their unique business requirements and delivering tailored, bespoke solutions that truly add value. You’ll introduce other exciting products to your customer base ensuring each interaction with the client is meaningful and memorable!
A Bit About You
Working in a fast-paced sales role is nothing new for you – so previous success in an Outbound Sales or Account Management role, backed with confidence in your own ability, is a must. You’ll also need to be motivated to smash targets consistently and thrive working under pressure. You’ll have a natural ability to build rapport with larger, corporate customers and take a consultative approach to every conversation. Understanding complex business needs and creating bespoke renewal solutions comes naturally to you, and you take pride in delivering exceptional service that drives long-term relationships and results.
