We're looking for an organised, proactive and hands‑on person to join the team for 3 days a week and help keep all things samples and send‑outs running smoothly. - One minute you might be packing VIP boxes and writing handwritten notes, the next you'll be organising stock in our storage locker, arranging a courier collection or helping prepare products for an upcoming event.
- We'll teach you everything you need to know, so we're much more interested in attitude than experience.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Organising and sending out samples, VIP boxes and special requests.
- Creating shipping labels and booking deliveries with our courier partners.
- Responding to sample request emails and making sure nothing gets missed.

- Writing handwritten notes and adding those extra touches that make our send‑outs special.
- Building boxes and making sure every send‑out looks neat, complete and on‑brand.
- Receiving stock deliveries and putting products away.
- Keeping our stock tracker updated and helping make sure we're always stocked up.
- Carrying out regular stock counts.
- Keeping our storage locker clean, organised and easy to navigate.
- Organising courier collections and helping solve any delivery issues that pop up.
- Supporting with events and activations from time to time.
- Getting stuck into whatever needs doing to help the team.
WHO YOU ARE
- Super organised and love keeping things in order.
- Friendly, positive and approachable.
- A quick learner with a can‑do attitude.
- Reliable and happy working independently.
- Comfortable being on your feet and working with stock and boxes.
- Be able to lift heavy boxes and push trollies.
- Happy juggling different tasks throughout the day.
- Not afraid to ask questions and take initiative.
- Someone who enjoys helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.
