Join our team at Green Hill Farm Holiday Village, our beautiful location in the heart of the New Forest, as our Kitchen Manager, where you'll lead the kitchen team, oversee menu creation, and ensure exceptional culinary experiences for our guests. This is an exciting opportunity to bring creativity and leadership to a newly renovated café bar providing quality food and service. This role is ideal if you're looking for consistent, year-round pay while enjoying a more flexible working pattern, with lighter hours or a couple of months off during the quieter winter months and increased hours over the busy peak summer period.

What will you do?
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes consistently.
- Oversee menu development, ensuring a balance of creativity, customer preference and cost control.
- Manage stock levels, order supplies and control wastage to maximise efficiency.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are upheld at all times.
- Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen team.
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver a seamless dining experience.
- Work collaboratively with the wider park team to ensure a great experience for our guests.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a talented and experienced chef/kitchen manager who is passionate about food and thrives in a café bar kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a sous chef in a medium to large kitchen or as a head chef in a café bar style venue.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- A creative approach to menu planning and food presentation.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
