Hours: Part time (averaging 30 hours per week across 5 days)
Shifts: Varied between the hours of 2.00pm and 10:00pm. Afternoon and evening shifts available

Join our friendly team at Green Hill Farm Holiday Village, in the heart of the New Forest as a Café Bar Team Leader. Our on-site restaurant, Ember, is a unique gourmet street food and pizzeria offering, as well as a bar and café. This exciting role is perfect for someone with experience at a supervisor/team leader level.

What will you do?
- Support management in the smooth running of the operation, income generation and hosting of events
- Be involved in recruiting, building and training a team
- Stock ordering, management/rotation and checking
- Open and close the business, whilst running shifts
- Rota scheduling of team
- Drive high standards across the business
- Be responsible for health & safety and food safety alongside the management
- Be able to turn your hand to anything, from making amazing drinks to jumping in the kitchen
