As a Grounds and Accommodation Team Member, you’ll help maintain the park’s beautiful surroundings, carry out general tasks, and ensure our facilities and holiday homes are kept in top condition for our guests and owners.

What will you do?
- Planting of park planters and bedding areas, together with pruning and maintenance of plants, hedges, shrubs and trees to seasonal schedules, watering of hanging baskets, hayracks and summer bedding
- Ensuring park grounds, roadways, paths, bins, bin bays and public areas are clean and free from litter and loose debris
- Weeding around the park, grass cutting, jet washing, assisting the accommodation team
- Maintain and repair all fencing, trellis work, walls and signage
- Completing daily site walks and having active guest interaction
- Working collaboratively across the whole park team
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a friendly, reliable team player who will work closely alongside our existing team, supporting wherever needed and contributing positively day to day. You’ll be a good all-rounder who is adaptable, proactive, and happy to turn your hand to a variety of tasks as they arise in a busy park environment. You will take pride in maintaining the park grounds to a high standard, including tasks such as jet washing and weeding, ensuring everything always looks its best for our guests. You will enjoy interacting with guests and take pride in helping to create a welcoming, high-quality experience for everyone who stays with us. Just as importantly, you will be self-motivated and have experience of working collaboratively, supporting your colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly.
