Paid Search + Shopping (PPC) Manager
The LOVALL family is growing and we’re looking for a PPC Manager to help us manage and ensure our online presence across Paid search is fully optimised to maximise online visibility and exposure as a brand.
We are looking for an ambitious marketeer who is self-motivated and has a strong passion for all things Google & Microsoft. A successful candidate will be someone who is data driven, analytical and collaborative. Having solid knowledge of the main principles of PPC marketing is compulsory.
As our team grows you will have the chance to grow and progress too!! We would like you to contribute and influence our brands growth through the marketing function whilst seeking to make a positive difference to LOVALL.
What you will do at LOVALL:
- Conduct keyword & trend research.
- Report into head of marketing & head of brand on performance, trends and ideas to positively impact performance
- Regularly pull search term analysis and act based on the findings.
- Optimising paid search campaigns using keyword analysis.
- Work with the rest of the team to set up ads across all Google products and Bing, and optimising ad placements & audiences.
- Optimising key audiences and acting on key learnings to positively grow performance
- Manage reportinng and account(s) performance. Including helping to manage daily ad spend.
- Monitoring competitors campaigns & understanding the search terms being used.
- Monitor competitors' campaigns & make suggestions on content ideas in line with our wider business objectives.
- Ad copy writing for both PPC.
- Shopping Feed & Google Merchant center Optimisation.
- Helping build out new campaigns across PPC for product/campaign launches & new territory launches.

- Overall understanding of managing Paid Social Marketing
- An analytical mindset.
- Confident on Excel, with strong data analysis skills.
- The ability to work well within a team.
- Passionate about everything digital, and has the desire to test new ideas whilst keeping up to date with industry changes.
