Front-end Engineer
The LOVALL team is expanding, and we\’re looking for a skilled mid-weight frontend engineer to join us. In this role, you\’ll work closely with our lead engineer to develop and maintain our Shopify stores, ensuring clean, efficient, and scalable code. You’ll also collaborate with our creative team and senior members on a range of exciting technical projects. You’ll be working across several fast-paced, direct-to-consumer clothing brands and their international stores, which means you\’ll tackle a variety of development tasks. As the brand grows rapidly, we\’re planning an ambitious team expansion and aiming to build a strong, forward-thinking development team. Our goal is for all of our sites to set the standard for performance, user experience, and visual innovation in the industry.
What you will be working on
Building new pages, features and functionality for our E-commerce stores
Working closely with designers to implement briefs from Figma
Discover and debugging of issues
Support the launch of additional international territories
Ensure the consistency quality and UX across all devices and browsers
Implement and analyse A/B testing
Requirements
- Experience with the Shopify platform (Themes, Shopify API, Liquid)
- Experience with HTML, CSS (Tailwind), JavaScript (ES5 / ES6)
- Experience with Vue.js or Alpine.js
- Experience with various browser debugging tools
- Experience with development tools like Git, webpack & vite
- A passion for problem-solving
