The Partner Marketing team extends Lovable’s reach by educating, engaging, and enabling partners globally to build market awareness and generate demand for their Lovable-powered solutions and services. We recruit prospective partners and support the onboarding and growth of existing ones as they build, launch, market, and scale their businesses through the Lovable Partner Ecosystem.
We work closely with GTM partnerships, product partnerships, sales, and product marketing, serving partner types from major technology and platform partners to connectors, agencies, and independent experts who build with Lovable every day.
We’re looking for an experienced, creative, results-oriented marketer to develop and execute partner marketing initiatives across our full partner ecosystem. Connectors and integration partners are the immediate priority: Lovable’s rapidly growing connector roster (spanning search, communications, CRM, and data) needs launches, positioning, and demand generation.
You’ll also work with the Lovable Partner Program team to run co-marketing campaigns and programs at scale that drive customer acquisition and activation, helping partners grow their business with and through Lovable.
You’ll set and own Lovable’s marketing with, to, and through partners, and roll up your sleeves to execute across a high-volume, fast-moving roster.
- Work with GTM Partnerships, Product Partnerships, Sales, and (Product) Marketing to build go-to-market initiatives across connector and integration partners, hyperscalers, and services partners.
- Define priorities, investment model, scaling mechanisms, and success metrics across partner types, with connectors as the top priority given the roster’s size and growth rate.
- Own and evolve the tiering framework that governs marketing investment per partner, and keep it workable as the partner count grows.
- Administer and optimize market development funds (MDF), and build the joint GTM plans needed to fully activate committed co-marketing budgets.
- Build and run an intake and prioritization system for inbound co-marketing requests from partners.
- Drive adoption of scalable marketing and enablement programs across the partner base, and represent partner marketing’s needs in the broader GTM and marketing roadmap.
- Collaborate with GTM teams (including marketing) to ensure partners are represented in initiatives across all regions.
Meet the minimum requirements below to be considered. The preferred qualifications are a bonus.
- 8-10+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience.
- 3+ years managing partner marketing programs or teams.
- Experience working with technology, platform, or services partners to build joint marketing plans and run programs that drive new customer acquisition and pipeline.
- Experience running partner marketing across a large, growing roster (an ISV-style ecosystem with dozens to hundreds of partners).
- Proven ability to influence partner marketing leadership and align on joint objectives and plans.
- Experience shaping joint messaging and positioning with partners.
- Demonstrated experience measuring and improving the ROI of marketing investment in an indirect, partner-led model, including administering MDF.
- Deep understanding of the partner channel and funnel, sales cycle, and product lifecycle, and what each requires from partner marketing to drive revenue.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience at a dynamic, high-growth tech company.
- Experience marketing developer tools, APIs, or platform and connector ecosystems.
- Experience running co-marketing and MDF programs with hyperscalers (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) or larger tech partners.
